The focus of my practice is on the prevention and treatment of illness as well as maintaining the health of women, men and children. To achieve these goals, I incorporate my knowledge in several different modalities: acupuncture, massage techniques, Chinese herbal remedies and mindfulness training.
The combination of modalities may vary for each person. For some, their treatment may just involve acupuncture. For others I may combine acupuncture and herbs. For others, I may add some mindfulness training so they can learn how to calm and focus their minds.
Together we will personalize a treatment plan that is just right for you.
I believe there are many paths, but one peak. My goal is to help you find your path and get you to your peak!

2. ALIVE HOLISTIC HEALTH CLINIC:
I work with a great team taking a modern approach to traditional Chinese medicine.
I take appointments here on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturday mornings.

3. MEDITATION/MINDFULNESS TRAINING:
Because I strongly believe in the positive effects that mindfulness can have on the body, on emotions, and to reduce stress, I am a regular practitioner of meditation and I wish to share my knowledge and experience with others.
I used to teach a 4-class Basics series on select Monday evenings and a more advanced class on Wednesday evenings at Friends of the Heart Meditation Centre but at the moment the centre is inactive. However, I am planning to offer some classes in the near future so please stay tuned!
